Disability policy

Cariad Hypnotherapy is committed to providing equality of opportunity in the provision of services, products and employment. We believe that everyone has the right to be treated with dignity and respect.

We recognise and work within the guidelines of the Disability Discrimination Acts of 1995 and 2005.

We acknowledge that disabled people are not all the same and that each individual may have different needs. We also understand that disabled people and organisations that represent them are best placed to describe their individual needs and specific requirements and hence we always welcome suggestions and advice on how we can further improve our procedures and practices.

We will endeavour to ensure that we accomodate all requests within our power to meet all individual requirements.  This includes, but is not limited to, the provision of alternative venues for hypnotherapy sessions, provision of large text or braille printed materials, provision of sound equipment to increase the volume during sessions for clients who are hard of hearing.

We encourage you, or your representatives, to contact us to discuss your individual requirements and how we can work towards meeting them.

Please note that the consulting room and training room for HypnoBirthing classes at The Chiropractic Clinic, 160 Chester Road, Wrexham are both on the first floor. There is no scope to install a lift and currently is unsuitable for people unable to climb one flight of stairs. We apologise for this restriction but encourage you to contact us to discuss your individual requirements and to allow us to find an alternative venue or make alternative arrangements for your treatment.

The room used for HypnoBirthing classes at Chester Chiropractic Clinic, 76a Hoole Road Chester is on the ground floor.
