Description of Goods

Care is taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of the products are correct. However, descriptions are not intended to be only, only to give a general description of the products.

Pricing

All prices shown are in GB pounds sterling (£) and, where appropriate, are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate. Prices and availability of goods are necessarily subject to change without notice. Please note, that if you goods are being shipped to a destination outside the European Union (EU) they may be subject to the import duties of the destination country. Please note that these will be your responsibility and that we have no control over over them and cannot predict them.

Ordering procedure

By placing an order with Cariad Hypnotherapy you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms & conditions. When buying through this website the contract entered into is legally binding. If you are unhappy with these terms and conditions then please do not place an order unless you have contacted us to agree any variations beforehand.

Payment

All credit and debit cards and Paypal payments are accepted through a secure online payment service provided by Paypal. Paypal uses the SSL (secure socket layers) protection system which is the industry standard intended to give you peace of mind when making payments online. Please note that, for your security, card details are never passed to or held by Cariad Hypnotherapy.

Orders may also be paid for by cheque drawn on a UK bank, or postal order payable to Cariad Hypnotherapy. In this case orders will be confirmed but not dispatched until the cheque has cleared.

Orders will be cancelled if payment is not received within 14 days.

We do not provide goods on a sale or return basis.

Delivery Information

All goods will be dispatched by 1st Class Royal Mail on receipt of a cleared payment (for the UK only).  Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery.

In the event that an item is out of stock and you have placed a back order we will email you with an estimated date for re-stocking and dispatch.  You have the option to cancel your order if the revised delivery date is not suitable.

Delivery charges within the UK are based on the weight of the package as ready for delivery and are calculated to cover packaging materials and Royal Mail postage costs up to 2kg.

We reserve the right to update delivery charges.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods by email, telephone or in writing. We will do our best to resolve any problems to your satisfaction.

If you are not happy with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt and will be offer an exchange or refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging. Please obtain a proof of postage as Cariad Hypnotherapy cannot accept responsibility for goods that are lost in transit.  We are unable to refund the postage and packaging charge or other cost of returning unsuitable items except where the item is faulty or damaged.

All returns should be sent to Cariad Hypnotherapy, 30 Sandringham Road, Wrexham, LL11 2RE.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Data Protection Statement

We value your right to privacy. The information that you give to us is only ever used by Cariad Hypnotherapy and will not be sold or passed to a third party (except if/where required by UK law).  With our online payment system, Cariad Hypnotherapy is never in possession of your credit or debit card details.

Your Statutory Rights

Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the above terms and conditions.

Disclaimer & Limitations of Liability

Cariad Hypnotherapy does not seek to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence or that of its members, agents, employees or for any fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law and save as provided above, neither Cariad Hypnotherapy nor any associated company shall be liable to you for reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence (whether on the part of Cariad Hypnotherapy or any of its members, agents, employees or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of savings), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website, the supply of the products or their use or their resale by you.

The limitations of liability in the conditions shall apply equally for the benefit of Cariad Hypnotherapy and any other associated company of Cariad Hypnotherapy.

While Cariad Hypnotherapy uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date, it does not give any warranty as to its accuracy or completeness and Cariad Hypnotherapy will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information.

While Cariad Hypnotherapy takes all reasonable steps to ensure a fast and reliable service, it does not guarantee that your use of this website will be interruption or error free and will not be responsible for any disruption, loss of or corruption of any material in transit, or loss of or corruption of material or data when downloaded onto any computer system. Further, Cariad Hypnotherapy will not be responsible not liable for your use of any other websites which you may access via links within this website.  Cariad Hypnotherapy does not control these websites and is not responsible for their content.  Any such links are provided merely as a service to users of this website and their inclusion in this website does not constitute an endorsement by or affiliation with Cariad Hypnotherapy.

The entire liability of Cariad Hypnotherapy under or in connection with any contract for any products to which these conditions apply shall not exceed the price of the products, except as expressly provided by these conditions.

Cariad Hypnotherapy will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of these terms and conditions or any other contract with you by reason of delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the products ordered by you if the delay was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.

Cariad Hypnotherapy may assign or transfer any of its rights or subcontract any of its obligations under these terms and conditions to any third party. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or subcontract any of your obligations under these terms and conditions except with the specific written permission of Cariad Hypnotherapy.

No person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have any right to enforce any term under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. Nothing in these conditions is intended nor shall affect any of your statutory rights that may not be legally excluded.

Law & Territory

These terms and conditions and your use of our website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court.  This does not affect your statutory rights.
