Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice is required for cancellation of an individual appointment.  Notification must be by telephone or in person (please, no texts or emails).

1 weeks notice is required for cancellation of HypnoBirthing classes.

Cancellations not made before these timescales will be charged in full.

Fees charged are for the treatment process itself - we do not claim to offer cures - therefore no refunds are available.

Data Protection Statement

We value your right to privacy. The information that you give to us is only ever used by Cariad Hypnotherapy and will not be sold or passed to a third party (except if/where required by UK law).  With our online payment system, Cariad Hypnotherapy is never in possession of your credit or debit card details.

Your Statutory Rights

Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the above terms and conditions.
